The website and legal-document operator is NPO Scientific Technologies LLC (ООО «НПО НТ»), a resident of the Sirius University of Science and Technology since 16 May 2025. Residency belongs to the legal entity; it is not evidence of clinical effectiveness or regulatory approval.

The site presents a synthetic research prototype. It does not accept patient data, device feeds or medical files. No clinical service, research enrolment or automatic emergency response is active.
